Beyond the case studies: short stories from enterprises using SAFe

Beyond the case studies: short stories from enterprises using SAFe

Case Studies

About a year ago we made the decision to work a little harder to help SAFe enterprises input case their studies. We wanted to meet the growing demand for more studies, more industries, and more fully developed narratives.

The effort has paid off. If you go to scaledagileframework.com/case-studies, you’ll find a greater diversity of industries and implementations (34 so far). The newer studies tell a more complete story with personal observations, results, shared best practices for implementation, as well as candid insights into missteps, struggles, and successes. It’s a great resource for people looking to compare and contrast their own business environments, as well as get help with decision support when they are selling the idea of SAFe within their organization.

In addition to these in-depth studies, we’ve also been keeping track of SAFe short stories on the web. They come to us from customers, partners, and good old-fashioned Google alerts, but until now, we haven’t had a home for those third party links.

Go to scaledagileframework.com/case-studies and you’ll find a new section, “Short Stories.” That’s where we feature links to publications that reference SAFe implementations. The links are organized by industry and enterprise, and come in all forms and sizes: blog posts, trade show presentations, press releases, videos, and more.

We’ll continue to grow and refine both the case studies and short stories sections. If you have a SAFe story that would be a good candidate for an in-depth study, we’d love to hear from you, and have an online form just for that purpose, scaledagile.com/submit-study.

Stay SAFe!
