Hi folks, We are pleased to announce the release of a new advanced topic article on SAFe Participatory Budgeting (PB). It provides an overview of how to conduct a PB event for a fictitious banking portfolio. Participatory budgeting is a critical element of Lean Portfolio Management since it helps establish and adjust Lean budgets for value streams.
